Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Human Capital): • Develop and maintain custom and standardized HR reports using tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, and ADP. • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI-driven data visualization tools. • Enhance data models and solutions to support advanced reporting and analysis. • Promote best practices in data governance to ensure high data quality. • Manage change effectively in a post-merger environment, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Required Skills for Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Human Capital): • Over 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, particularly in People Analytics or financial services. • Proficient in SQL with proven experience in querying and data manipulation. • Advanced education in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics. • Familiarity with Workday and/or Greenhouse for reporting and configuration. • Experience with BI development and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
