Senior Business Solution Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Solution Architect to lead the Salesforce Stream within our technology consulting engagements.
This role is pivotal in managing the Salesforce team and ensuring the readiness of all Salesforce technology-related artifacts. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the Lead-to-Cash process and a solid grasp of the information services industry's fundamental concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery, assessment, and solution design from a business architecture standpoint
• Participate in service design workshops
• Lead the creation of the EPIC-level backlog including the RACI
• Develop the Salesforce Capability Map
• Contribute to High-Level Solution Architecture
• Align solutions with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CRM, and RLM best practices
• Facilitate C-level meetings and define KPIs
• Manage the Salesforce team's deliverables

• 5+ years of experience in business solution architecture or related roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Non-Salesforce CPQ, RLM, Salesforce and Non-Salesforce Billing tools, Salesforce CORE Clouds
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Management including OWD, OLS, FLS
• Competency in technology recommendation
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process and Billing Logic
• Background in Business Process Assessment and re-imagining activities
• Capability in technology mapping
• Problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional presentation skills
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher

• Pega knowledge or experience
• Oracle ERP experience
