We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is able to create and deliver value by automating business processes and supporting our NetSuite ERP application for our explosive business growth. The main responsibility of this position is represent IT to partners and cross functional teams to implement major projects and enhancements related to Order to Cash business processes as well as Procure to Pay and General Accounting. You will report to the VP, Financial Systems as part of the CIO's organization.

The impact you will have:

  • You will lead, own, and deliver the NetSuite ERP application related projects within the defined timeline

  • You will automate new business processes and enhance the existing ones

  • You will define requirements and understand the systems upstream and downstream changes

  • You will document and develop high-level, business processes flows, requirements and design document for new business requirements

  • You will collaborate with the development team to provide requirements and specifications

  • You will identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements in NetSuite

  • You will collaborate with third-party vendors to implement new systems, projects and enhancements

  • You will support the transition to SOX policies within the NetSuite ERP

  • You will make configuration enhancements on NetSuite platform per business requirements

  • You will tay up to date with NetSuite latest releases and review new useful features and functionalities with our business team

  • You will assist in creating reports and dashboard for business users

  • You will identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements

  • You will provide training to end-users

  • You will perform day-to-day maintenance and support tasks for all the NetSuite application

  • You will perform workflow design, maintenance and troubleshooting

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience as a NetSuite Functional Analyst or NetSuite Administrator

  • Experience with consumption based OTC process

  • Knowledge of ERP solutions specifically NetSuite and its related modules

  • Knowledge of Quote to Cash process and finance related business processes such as Order Management, Billing and Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement and General Accounting

  • Knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

  • Knowledge on NetSuite SuiteFlow and SuiteBundle
