About the Position

Our organization is seeking an EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager with exceptional acumen and expertise to leverage our strengths to generate opportunities with new security services partners. In this pivotal role you will lead our efforts in identifying recruiting and nurturing strategic channel partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business strategy marketing and business development techniques. Position Responsibilities

Market Analysis/Partner Identification:

  • Market research to identify potential partners.

  • Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners.

  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to identify and contact target partners.

Partner recruitment and enablement

  • Execute recruitment and enablement activities track and measure metrics.

  • Develop Partner Business Plan: Account mapping stakeholders etc.

  • Lead generation and sales development (POC training complex quotes help answering RFPs and Public tenders).

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to understand develop and manage complex partnerships across multiple countries.

  • Experience developing service security partners.

  • Excellent English speaking negotiation and writing abilities.

  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.

  • Soft skills: resilience communication skills objective-oriented growth mindset trailblazer negotiation skills self-start and team worker.

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in direct and indirect sales in related industry

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business sales or marketing
