OUR SENIOR CLOUD ENGINEER

As a Senior Cloud Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cloud solutions and ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure. You will design and deliver cloud platforms as services, automated API-driven systems with Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC) principles and Agile delivery models.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain various aspects of infrastructure automation 
• Design, build and deliver scalable cloud solutions
• Participate in functional and technical reviews / sprint reviews
• Develop and maintain automation solutions, facilitating platform build-outs
• Apply DevOps and Agile principles and practices
• Design CI/CD pipelines to enable code releases to multiple environments
• Assist and support junior engineers

SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as fluent in English
• Proven track of Engineering skillset
• Significant hands-on experience on MS Azure, AWS and Google Cloud
• Proven track record for continuously deploying software following Agile development practices
• Solid knowledge of DevOps best practices, when it comes to infrastructure maintenance – Infrastructure-as-a-Code, CI/CD pipelines, Version Control
• Strong foundation in automating system administration tasks (Windows and/or Linux), Python scripting, backuping/restoring, upgrades and patching
• A solid experience with some of the development products and automation tools (i.e. Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Docker, GitHub, Jenkins,  Jira, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Puppet, Visual Studio)

It would be awesome, if you have:

• Cloud certifications: Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google Cloud
• Process certifications: ITIL, Scrum, etc.
