What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Foxen, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions. Your expertise will support the Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Engineering Teams in leveraging the full potential of Azure cloud technologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed cloud security analysis, providing recommendations and configurations, and supporting both proof of concept and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure:
• Develop and deploy secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions with existing systems.




• Cloud Security Analysis and Configurations:
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments of cloud architectures.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest cloud security threats and mitigation techniques.




• Support Deployments:
• Assist in the deployment of proof-of-concept projects and production environments on Azure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based systems.




• Process and Procedure Documentation:
• Define, document, and maintain processes and procedures for cloud deployment, migration, and maintenance.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant teams.




• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Engineering Teams to understand their cloud needs and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.




• Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Azure cloud services.
• Continuously explore new tools and technologies to enhance cloud infrastructure efficiency and reliability.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
• Expertise in Azure cloud services and infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, Azure App Services, Azure Functions and Azure Networking.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Knowledge of cloud security protocols and best practices.
• Proven experience with .Net Application Development and Deployment
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, .Net, C#).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer).
• Experience in working with DevOps tools (e.g., Azure CI/CD Pipelines).
