Senior Cloud Solutions Architect - Azure

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilledEnterprise Architectto design and deliver enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid solutions. This role is responsible for translating both business and non-functional requirements into large, complex technical architectures. The Solutions Architect will combine business analysis, solution design, financial modeling, and trusted advisory responsibilities to deliver industry-leading service solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, build scalable technical designs, and provide technology roadmaps that balance business value, cost, and long-term strategy. The role has a strong focus on Cloud (custom-built and SaaS), but also includes evaluating on-prem vendor products. Key Responsibilities • Translate client business and non-functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and service solutions. • Analyze customer service requirements and design service solutions to meet business and technical objectives. • Construct solutions, scope documents, risk profiles, and corresponding financial models for complex proposals. • Maintain detailed knowledge of industry technologies, processes, and staffing models to design best-in-class solutions. • Build risk assessments with remediation strategies for proposed solutions. • Develop detailed financial models aligned with services proposals. • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and other deliverables using automation tools where applicable. • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert (SME) and advisor for internal teams and external clients, including technical presentations. • Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs related to cost modeling, approvals, and reviews. • Focus on Cloud solutions (custom-built and SaaS) while also evaluating available on-prem vendor products. • Contribute to technology selection, strategic roadmaps, and future-state architectures for customers. Minimum Requirements • 8 yearsof experience inEnterprise Architecture for Cloud-Based Systems(Required) • 8 yearsof experience inJava or .NET Enterprise Application Development(Required) • 5 yearsof experience withMicrosoft Azure(Preferred) Qualifications • Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale, complex technical solutions. • Strong expertise in cloud platforms and enterprise application integration. • Solid understanding of enterprise processes, service delivery models, and technical architectures. • Experience with financial modeling, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders. • Experience creating Statements of Work and related technical documentation. Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mondays, Tuesdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.
