Senior CNC Programmer/Machinist

Position Summary: We are seeking ahighly skilled CNC Programmer/Machinistwith a minimum of5 years of hands-on experience programming and setting up multi-axis CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be fluent inMastercam, confident in optimizing machining strategies, and capable of turning complex prints into efficient, precise programs. Responsibilities: • Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and/or lathes usingMastercam. • Set up and prove out new programs on the machine. • Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for maximum efficiency. • Review blueprints, models, and GD&T requirements. • Collaborate with engineering and production to improve manufacturing processes. • Troubleshoot machining or programming issues to maintain quality and productivity. • Maintain accurate documentation and revision control for all programs. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experienceprogramming multi-axis CNC machines. • Proficiency in Mastercamrequired. • Familiarity with Grob machinesor similar high-performance 5-axis systems is a strong plus. • Strong understanding of GD&T, machining tolerances, and materials. • Experience with high-precision, tight-tolerance aerospace or medical parts preferred. • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and contribute to a team environment. • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
