About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within the Commercial Real Estate Operations as part of Commercial Banking Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Review, approve and issue quotes and applications on less complex loan requests
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet loan requests area, projects, process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the Transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
- Work closely with both origination and central analysts in the preparation of loan approval documents

- 4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Client Focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative work environment while managing competing priorities
- Comfort executing in ambiguity
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Application Skills
- Loan IQ skills
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate Construction products and operations
- Hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 days' work from home
