As a Senior Dynamics 365 F&SCM Consultant, you'll lead the charge, transforming client challenges into innovative solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What you'll do:

• Architectural Mastery: Translate business requirements into robust technical models, aligning processes with application demands.

• Prototype Pioneering: Prototype and configure Dynamics 365 F&SCM processes, ensuring seamless alignment with client needs.

• Strategic Collaboration: Lead workshops to co-create solutions with clients and consultants, seamlessly bridging gaps identified during prototyping.

• Technical Alignment: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate client requirements into system specifications and functionalities.

• Process Optimization: Evaluate client business processes, identifying functional and non-functional requirements for seamless integration.

• Empowerment Enablement: Document system settings and prepare clients for seamless system utilization. Provide comprehensive user training and support testing phases.

Skills and experiences

• Consulting Prowess: Proven consulting skills with significant client-facing experience.

• Learning Enthusiast: Passion for continuous learning, coupled with sharp business acumen and stellar time management.

• Expectation Management: Ability to effectively manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

• Technical Proficiency: Minimum one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX. Alternatively, substantial experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&SCM with expertise in Finance or SCM Modul.

• Leadership Experience: Experience managing and leading teams, both onshore and offshore, is advantageous.
