Senior Consultant - Oracle JDEdwards SCM Functional Consultant

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle JDEdwards Enterprise SCM Functional Consultant with multiple AMS, Upgrade and Implementation experience, covering Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing and Inventory modules of JDEdwards . This position's primary responsibility will be to Primary Role is to perform the JDE production support, resolve customer issues, and be able to support the business users for their issues and queries.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle JDEdwards hands on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions/link between tables)
• Working experience on Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing and Inventory modules of JDE with basic knowledge of JDE Finance modules.
• Experience working on SQL queries
• Required to have production support experience in projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• To be able to work in Global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
• 7 years of experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with knowledge in Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing and Inventory modules of JDE. Expected to know various functionalities on these modules, setup/ configuration around it.
• Primary Role is to perform the JDE production support, resolve customer issues, and be able to support the business users for their issues and queries
• Experience working in Onsite-offshore model and be able to work closely with JDE support counterparts in India
• Experience in JDE Integration with EDI. Integration experience with OTM, DSI can be value add, and should have idea about inbound and outbound integrations, and data mapping
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to communicate/ articulate the tasks/ daily status/ issues etc.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
• Experience in ticket reduction initiatives, root cause analysis and be able to handle major incidents.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 89004 to $ 103042.
