What you will be doing:
The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a part of the broader transformation towards class leading content marketing at Helen of Troy and the Health & Wellness North America Brands, including PUR, Honeywell, Vicks, and Braun. This role is a part of a larger group tying together a "One Consumer Experience" including Digital, DTC, CX Marketing, and Consumer Relations.
This individual has a deep passion in finding and messaging to net new and current consumers, driving incrementally to the business, encouraging long-term-value / relationships, and using the power of paid / earned / owned. You will partner and coordinate with other channel owners across departments, including digital media, digital experience, email, category marketing, consumer relations, in addition to internal Creative Services and external agencies and vendors to coordinate messaging, content, promotions, sales, and coordinated customer communications to drive the growth.
- Day-to-day digital content marketing strategies, planning and execution, and development for all Health & Wellness brands and categories.
- Drive demand, consumer engagement, and dedication for our brands with day-to-day responsibilities planning, implementing, and optimizing across paid, earned and owned content in support of 1CX tactics to reach monthly and yearly demand, customer acquisition (CAC) and efficiency targets (LTV), to drive net new user growth and profitability.
- Build broader base content strategies that live across digital, from earned / owned / paid.
- Day-to-day content development and post-production execution at scale with internal Creative Services and external vendors/agencies.
- Support marketing objectives, content integration across 1CX tactics, consistency of messaging, compliance with brand positioning and guidelines, gain approvals.
- Conceptualization, creation and facilitation of monthly and annual 1CX content calendars for brands and categories.
- Co-create and implement targeting tactics (e.g., audience, devices, and segmentation) used in digital content creation.
- Support in content marketing learning agendas, best-in-class measurement for overall brand / consumer goals - focused on key performance indicators and insights - that deliver on business objectives and content marketing goals. Support in preparing and delivering content marketing performance dashboards/scorecards and periodic campaign reports and insights.
- Social strategy development, content development and coordinate approvals as needed with licensors; coordinate with customer service and marketing teams to triage and delegate responding to consumers.
- Influencer programs and identification, evaluation, negotiation, and cultivation of influencers for brand campaign goals and targets. Maintain internal influencer management platform, creating content calendars for clients to track influencer posting schedules.
- Strong project management of timelines, deliverables, and invoicing and payments with key partners and agencies.
- Act as a diligent watchdog and owner for industry trends, best practices, and drive strategy and execution to ensure content marketing program is class-leading.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Self-starter, highly motivated, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly.
- Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience creating, writing or building social or digital content for a consumer or retail brand
- General digital literacy; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Basic understanding of digital content and creative, website development, content management systems, SEM, social media, and mobile apps
- Experience with marketing concepts and consumer behavior
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of digital media tools for social content
- Experience in managing brand pages/profiles in Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Pinterest
- Experience in managing social media advertising including post boosting and audience selection
