Pattern is seeking a game-changing storyteller to serve as our Senior Copywriter. We're searching for someone who is a master of their craft - producing clear and compelling messaging and copy for customers at each stage of the marketing funnel. They are enthusiastic problem solvers, delivering executive-grade content for B2B customers. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer and business objectives. They have strong conceptual, storytelling, and writing skills, coupled with a creative mind and an impeccable attention to detail.
In this role, you will develop and publish content across all of Pattern's media channels and deliver on individual and team KPIs. You are an expert in all B2B written content mediums, including in-depth reports, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, one-sheeters, podcasts, newsletters, and web copy.
Your mission is to write high-impact, compelling content that connects deeply with Pattern's target audiences-moving them from the consideration stage to leads, leads to customers, and customers to ambassadors.
This is a full-time role in the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to Pattern's Senior Content Strategist in our Lehi, UT office.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Copywriter?
- Write copy for the entire marketing funnel - from web copy and ads to white papers and reports
- Write, proofread, and edit text at various stages of the writing process and in response to requests and feedback from various stakeholders and ensure high editorial standards are met
- Own content production through the whole project lifecycle, from ideation to production
- Produce marketing copy for products or services using language designed to motivate and engage customers
- Support the ongoing health of our content catalog - ensuring accuracy, freshness, searchability, and usability
- Explain features and benefits in clear, potent, and muscular messaging that aligns with Pattern's voice and content standards
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience writing and developing B2B content across an array of formats - in-depth reports, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, one-sheeters, podcasts, newsletters, web copy, etc.
- Consistent track record of success creating content for complex end-to-end experiences in alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Proven track record of successfully operating independently - managing multiple priorities, following schedules, and meeting deadlines - all while maintaining impeccable outputs
- Deep knowledge of the B2B content landscape and major trends in the industry
- A 4-year degree in English, business, writing, or communications

What is the team like?
- You will work with the other members of the Pattern Marketing team and report to Pattern's Senior Content Strategist. The team works alongside Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Category Marketing, and Partner Marketing. In the office you will sit next to and work daily with your immediate team and peers. The team follows a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some from home. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
