The Opportunity -

We're seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter who is passionate about people, crafty with copy, and inspired to innovate. Our ever-growing team needs a creative wordsmith who can help support our Creative Director on a variety of projects while also contributing to the development of the team as a whole.

Working collaboratively with creative teams, production, and account leads comes naturally to you, while translating ideas into powerful prose is your special power.
What You'll Do -
As a senior member of creative, you'll work on a variety of projects alongside our Creative Director and a team of copywriters and art directors. From leading brainstorms to translating thoughts into concepts to communicating on client calls, you'll ensure the creative output is the best it can be while collaborating closely with account leads, project management and production to take experiences to the next level.
As support to the Creative Director, you'll work closely with brands to craft ideas and strategy that push them to bigger and better places, all while staying on top of industry trends that keep our clients relevant in their respective spaces.
Your Responsibilities -
- Contribute to ideation, execution and delivery of creative
- Assist with brief writing
- Help lead brainstorms
- Maintain copy quality control
- Maintain positive relationship with interdepartmental teams and clients
- Work with third party vendors and/or partner agencies
- Anticipate challenges across projects
- Maintain an understanding of clients, current and upcoming projects
- Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptness
- Contribute to pitches and play a role in responding to RFPs
Requirements
- 4+ years relevant experience
- Innate curiosity, proactive thinking and ability to think creatively
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create a rapport with people
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Prior experience and/or knowledge in sports, music, and entertainment are beneficial
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote
- Ability to multi-task across concurrent projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Benefits
Base salary range: $85,000 - $140,000 plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
