Senior Critical Care Clinical Program Manager

• This position oversees nurse eductors such as CNS, Staff Nurse Educator and Practice Speciailists to standardize clinical nurse onboarding processes across selected service–lines with BJH.
• Recent direct patient care and/or management of clinical roles is highly preferred as well as educator–related work experience.

Role Purpose

Oversees development and implementation of programmatic strategic plans, working closely with hospital administration and physician leadership. Directs financial and operational performance of departments including development of annual budgets, monitoring of revenues and expenses, as well as implementation of consistent management practices across departments.
