As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will support the business in the following ways:
- Partner closely with business stakeholders from safety, marketing, sales, product, customer success and/or finance to solve key business challenges
- Create beautiful and informative visualizations and dashboardsÂ
- Perform in-depth statistical analyses to understand and predict customer and CareDriver behavior and product performanceÂ
- Design and execute data-driven experiments for product optimization
- Build and maintain high quality data sources to enable flexible scalable analytics and data products
- Identify actionable insights that positively impact revenue and reduce costs
Who You Are
You are an experienced Data Analyst who is excited about solving problems with data and inspired by our mission to create opportunity through mobility and powerfully impact kids’ lives. You are adept at extracting timely, actionable insights from data and communicating them in a clear and concise manner. You are a curious, motivated, growth-minded team player and bring the following skills and experience:
- 4+ years in a data-intensive, analyst role at a technology companyÂ
- Sound knowledge of analytical and statistical methodsÂ
- Expert with dashboarding tools (Tableau preferred); on-the-job experience using Python/ R to manipulate and explore data, perform analysis and create visualizationsÂ
- Fluent in complex SQL queries on big data sets; able to create performant data models; experience with Snowflake and dbt a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytically-minded with the ability to understand true business needs behind requests
- Collaborative problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial attitude and results-oriented mind set

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $110,000 - $130,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
