What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work at a leading provider of point-of-sale software solutions for cannabis retail dispensaries. Our mission is to power the global cannabis economy. We think big, empower each other to present solutions, and are convinced that our customers' success will lead to ours.
Occupy a unique position in the market as a Data Engineer, where you will guide both strategy and execution, working closely with stakeholders and junior analysts to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Advanced Data Reporting & Analysis: Design, build, and maintain complex data models, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, insightful reports.
- Strategic Insights Generation: Lead the identification of trends, patterns, and opportunities to guide strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor other analysts, fostering skill development and encouraging best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data pipelines and implement process improvements to optimize data collection and reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data outputs through thorough validation and testing.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share insights, frameworks, and tools with team members to enhance the overall analytical capability of the organization.
What will help you succeed
- A proven track record as a Senior Data Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally within a B2C software or technology-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and visualization tools like Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
