Responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns to provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making and business improvements. WHY WORK WITH US? • We have grown in the last 2 years; not shrunk • We have increased headcount; not endured mass layoffs or hiring freezes • We have raised wages each year; not lowered them PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Successfully completing data projects on time and within scope, as directed from the Strategic Operating Board • Providing accurate and insightful data analysis that drives informed decision-making and enhances operational efficiency. • Provide timely and effective data support to various departments, enhancing their decision-making capabilities • Continuous enhancement of data processes, leading to increased efficiency and reduced errors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analysis with business goals • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables IDEAL TEAM PLAYERS WILL HAVE • Passion to do work that matters and not just looking for a J-O-B. • Motivation to learn new things, develop their career, and grow into new roles within the company. • Desire to see their work impact future generations and a willingness to mentor others. • Strong communication and technical skills in order to translate business needs into results.
