As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work directly with Business Leaders to analyze data sets and develop meaningful visualizations and insights to support strategic business decisions and objectives across all levels of the organization. You will query small and large data sets to discover patterns and deliver meaningful insights end to end in the value chain. Additionally, you must have knowledge of business intelligence, data warehousing, data modeling, and data storytelling.
- Build models to assess operational opportunities and drive implementation cross functionally.
- Leverage diverse technology platforms to refine and automate data sources, harmonize data points, and model "what if" scenarios that can be used to evaluate and predict the impact to performance.
- Utilize Power BI, including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows.
- Harmonize disparate datasets to determine business and operational trends and ultimately drive action.
- Clearly communicate insights and translate data into visualizations that aid decision-making and translate business strategy and needs into technical requirements. Demonstrate business acumen and align with business priorities, recognize their audience, and shift messaging for optimal reception from others in the organization.
- Automate data flows and data entry with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Be an ambassador for Purina's Data Driven Culture and Literacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, logistics, supply chain, business, customer analytics, or related.
This position has a minimum salary of $90,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
