Senior Data Analyst - Voice of Client (VoC)

As a senior analyst, you’ll shape a business analytics portfolio that powers Personal Investor’s Voice of the Client (VoC) programs across all channels. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and the broader analytics community to develop impactful data products that improve client relationships. We’re looking for a passionate and strategic analyst to join our exciting and rapidly expanding Voice of the Client (VoC) team. Core Responsibilities • Engage with internal stakeholders to align on strategic goals, structure analytical requests, and lead projects from scoping through delivery—providing both tactical execution and strategic guidance to peers. • Acquires and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness. • Performs analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validates analytical techniques employed by other analysts. • Prepares and delivers visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement. • Develops, owns, and manages recurring analytic or reporting processes. • Proactively expands knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Shares and documents best practices. • Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external data sources, tools, or services into analytics workflows and ensure alignment with internal standards. • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of data analysis/science and/or consulting related work experience. • Undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred) • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation. • Experience with data storytelling through visualization • Experience in designing and executing end-to-end experiments Special Factors SponsorshipVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
