What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a challenger holding company built to transform marketing a faster cheaper more accessible media mix modelling (MMM) and scenario planning solution.

Occupy a unique position in the market as a Senior Data Engineer. We are looking for more senior resources which can be self-driven and able to articulate well the work they are doing and meet with senior leaders and explain the work required to complete a project and provide estimates.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Snowflake AWS and BigQuery to support data integration needs across the organization.

• Create and manage automated workflows for data processing ensuring that data is ready for analysis and insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize digital consumer identities graphs and audience insights enhancing data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance ensuring reliability and efficiency in data processing and storage.

• Work closely with product managers data scientists and external vendors to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.

• Maintain thorough documentation of data architecture workflows and best practices ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.

What will help you succeed

• 5+ years of proven experience in Data Engineering focusing on building and maintaining data platforms and pipelines.

• Deep understanding of data engineering principles and modern data platforms including Snowflake BigQuery and AWS.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
