  • Prototype, test, and validate designs to meet specifications and quality standards
  • Document performance requirements and product acceptance criteria
  • Participate in marketing research and translate findings into design concepts
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives by adjusting technical specifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Excellent problem-solver with a keen sense of priority management
  • Curiosity infused approach with consumer needs at the center
  • Values working in an engaged + collaborative team + the ongoing development of yourself and others
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in durable consumer products design
  • Advanced skills in 3D CAD/solid modeling, preferably SolidWorks
  • Experience in prototype fabrication and performance testing
  • Bonus: Surface modeling and FEA simulation skills

Our products deliver every time, with no additional thought required, making your everyday extraordinary.

Our dynamic environment encourages you to push boundaries and think outside the box. With a manager who values flexibility and innovation, you'll have the freedom to explore bold, new ideas and influence key decisions. Join us and help craft the future of consumer engagement at Fiskars!
