Job Description

Brigade is looking for a sharp, efficient and versatile designer to join our team for project work. The designer will conceptualize and execute both digital brand and campaign creative for the social media and paid media marketing efforts of our various entertainment clients. This position will be primarily working on creating graphics and videos across all social media channels but also work on a variety of projects including pitches, websites, and newsletters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working for a marketing or advertising agency
• Photoshop, AfterEffects, Premiere and Illustrator experience required
• Knowledge of current creative and design trends, specifically for the major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)
• Deep appreciation of film, television and streaming shows
• Understanding of the creative process and workflow from concept to production to delivery
• Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter, as wells as capable of self managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Entertainment experience a huge plus
• Experience using generative AI 
• Bonus if you have Cinema 4D or other 3D experience
• Extra bonus if you have a solid understanding of site functionality, interaction, architecture, user interface, and navigation

Additional Information

Brigade offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a generous paid time off package. Compensation $70,000-$90,000
