The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and high-impact self-starter, who has hands-on experience in paid search and paid social channels, along with understanding programmatic/display tactics and SEO. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tactics in partnership with an external agency across every funnel stage at a global level. In this highly collaborative role, the manager will partner with key stakeholders including cross-functional marketing teams such as product marketing, content marketing, customer marketing and demand generation teams to develop strategies aligned to business objectives. 

In addition to paid media, you will work closely with the website team to ensure landing pages are built to support any paid digital campaigns. Will also need to work with organic social teams and public relations to coordinate messaging and drive more awareness for Immersive Labs.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and track channel performance to goals, identify areas of opportunity and implement optimization tactics.
  • Actively manage and coordinate digital channel budget allocation and strategy in collaboration with an external media agency and internal teams.
  • Manage a broad range of campaigns that support the team’s strategic areas of focus, and deliver ongoing performance improvements for impressions of our brand in digital channels, website traffic and lead quality, site engagement, bounce rate, etc.
  • Collaborate and partner successfully with content marketers on content development, amplification and SEO optimization.
  • Partner with an integrated marketing team on development and execution of paid media strategies aligned to specific business goals and objectives.
  • Maintain marketing program KPIs and metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities; report on these metrics regularly and adjust tactics to improve performance.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting cadence to senior leadership to provide programs visibility and business contribution.
  • Manage relationship with an external agency to drive a change in our digital marketing foundation.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 8 years of hands-on experience working directly on at least the paid search and paid social channels for B2B companies. Experience with, display, demand generation and SEO for B2B is a plus.
  • You know all of the major digital platforms, their capabilities and optimization tactics.
  • You've directly set up and managed campaigns utilizing at least two of these platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, DV360, Google Ads.
  • You've experienced deploying tactics for awareness, demand gen and ABM programs at scale.
  • You have a strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales funnel metrics having worked in a sales oriented organization.
  • You have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and stakeholders to support business goals.
  • You're a team player and a strong collaborator, who is ready to jump in and help with an ability to communicate across all levels and teams.
  • You see opportunities and are not afraid to initiate change.
  • You are quantitative and analytical with a passion for using data to answer questions and enable decision-making.
  • You have a learning mindset with willingness to embrace change, work through challenges, seek new opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
