Senior Director of Analytics
Position Overview: The Sr. Director of Analytics leads the strategic development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive company-wide decision-making and operational excellence. This leadership position oversees the entire analytics ecosystem, from data infrastructure to reporting and visualization, ensuring that Intercare Therapy leverages its data assets to their fullest potential. Â

Salary: $130k â $160kÂ
Reports to: SVP, Technology
Strategic Impact & Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive data-informed decision making across Clinical operations, Finance, and administrative functions by:Â Â
- Developing and executing the overall analytics strategyÂ
- Creating scalable solutions that support company growthÂ
- Partnering with executive team to identify and execute on strategic opportunitiesÂ
- Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-makingÂ
- Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processesÂ
- Development and maintenance of cross-departmental reporting toolsÂ
- Serve as primary liaison for data-related partnerships and vendor relationshipsÂ
- Guide development of data integrations and automationsÂ
- Lead strategic analysis initiatives to uncover insights for business growthÂ
- Drive migration from Excel-based reporting to Tableau/SmartsheetÂ
Technical Skills & CompetenciesÂ
- Expert: Tableau, SQL, Excel, data modeling, statistical analysisÂ
- Advanced: DBT, SFTP/API integrationsÂ
- Working knowledge: ETL processes, AWS RedshiftÂ
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumenÂ
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical conceptsÂ
- Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of data-driven practicesÂ
- Experience with healthcare data structures and HIPAA compliance preferredÂ

- Minimum quarterly travel to ICT corporate headquarters (Los Angeles, CA) Must work Pacific time zone hours 8:30-5:30pÂ

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with CentralReach or similar EMR systems a plusÂ
- Healthcare analytics experience preferredÂ
- Strong managerial experience with hybrid/remote staffÂ
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (DBT)Â
- Proven experience with AWS data warehouse architecture and optimizationÂ
- Deep expertise in Tableau, including enterprise-level governanceÂ
Education:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics and data engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership roleÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferredÂ
