The Senior Director of Global Lift Collective (GLC) is primarily responsible for ensuring execution of GLC’s strategic objectives. This role also leads core GLC operational functions, including grant funding, travel and event planning, communication, data, and reporting. The Senior Director is responsible for casting vision, providing direction, and leading ministry efforts to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.Â
At Life.Church, we exist to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. It’s been our mission since 1996 and has guided us every day. Leading people isn’t just an expectation; it’s a necessity. It’s a cornerstone of our culture. That's why we’re always seeking leaders—leaders like you—to bring your skills to life. We are one church meeting in multiple locations, and we want to help you become the person God made you to be.Â
Global Lift Collective (GLC) is a group of Kingdom-minded partners—including Life.Church—working together to abolish extreme poverty and unleash the God-given potential of all people. Our dream is for every church to lead the way in holistically transforming their community, beginning with our current focus in Malawi and Central America. As the designated backbone entity, Life.Church supports GLC by ensuring strategic coherence, developing and facilitating the execution of work plans, overseeing regional coordinators, and leading core operations related to grant funding, travel and event planning, communication, data, and reporting. This role will formally integrate these GLC responsibilities into Life.Church’s Local and Global Missions team. Learn more about the Collective at www.globallift.org.
