JOB OVERVIEW
As Senior Director of Product Management, you are a senior leader on the Product Management team that manages a team typically comprised of product managers, product owners, technical writers, and user experience designers. In this product management role, in partnership with teams across the company, you will be responsible for the overall Integration Solution.

JOB OVERVIEW
As Senior Director of Product Management, you are a senior leader on the Product Management team that manages a team typically comprised of product managers, product owners, technical writers, and user experience designers. In this product management role, in partnership with teams across the company, you will be responsible for the overall Integration Solution.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shared accountability to the commercial success of your products and the Integration Solution area, key Product Roadmap items, the Integration portfolio and value stream from strategic planning, prioritizing investments, and support Product Marketing.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, matrixed product management team
- Engage other product leaders and product managers to define, manage, and evangelize the long-term product line strategy and roadmap
- Drive and sponsor, collaborating with Product Marketing, customer & market research, facilitate workshops, and engage with customers to know and passionately advocate for them daily
- Assess and continuously improve the product line through data-driven, Pragmatic methods, Design Thinking, and hybrid agile practices within the larger product and cross-functional teams
- Establish, evaluate and iterate product line investments based on key performance indicators associated with expected results
- Build alignment between technology leadership, product management, marketing, sales, operations, and customer support (at all levels of the company) on the vision and roadmap of your product
- Learn and inject Product Management industry best practices into AvidXchange's processes
- Help lead the organization through the execution of the Integration of Product vision and Product Roadmap.
- Deliver on roadmap initiatives while working with Product Marketing, Program Management, technology, service, growth, and support leadership
- Partner with the UX team to drive the application of Product Design into existing and new products
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 10+ combined years of experience in product management or equivalent
- Experience in a people leadership role related to product development
- Demonstrated experience developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Practiced in pragmatic product management or marketing or complimentary product management framework
- Highly competitive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Leading teams and managing product management and delivery in an agile environment
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience required
- Previous Software experience with Fintech component
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience within ERP Integrations and middleware space
- University Degree plus extended business experience
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of products and materially increasing revenue and customer delight/loyalty.
- Experience in high growth, B2B, and/or financial technology companies
- Master's degree a plus
