Job Description
The RoleÂ
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior eCommerce Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, analyzing and interpreting marketing and customer data; creating reports and dashboards to extract intelligence and expand self-service capabilities; and presenting data insights to business partners to drive decisions.Â
Responsibilities
- Research: Develop a deep understanding of the customer site experience, the purchasing funnel, and best practices in the cannabis industry.Â
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.Â
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.Â
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout processes, and other ecommerce experiences.Â
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and collaborate with the ecommerce team to implement changes.Â
- Collaboration: Partner with cross functional teams to translate data insights into actional strategies for optimizing product pages, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates.Â
- Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify high-value segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.Â
Qualifications Â
- Ecommerce Experience: 3+ years of experience in ecommerce analysis or a related field. B2C preferred.Â
- Bachelor's Degree: in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or a related field is preferredÂ
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Â
- Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.Â
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical software (e.g. R)Â
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), site optimization tools (e.g. Google Optimize) and BI. Tableau preferred. Hands on experience with Mixpanel is a bonus.Â
- Certifications: Google Analytics certification or similar preferred

- Must be a minimum of 21 years of ageÂ
