We need a Senior Ecommerce/Omnichannel Manager to lead all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies. If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! This role is primarily focused on D2C brands, but can also extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, and others.

This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Ecommerce/Omnichannel Manager?

• Own a book of business of D2C and Amazon brands
• Develop the overall E-commerce strategy to enhance sales on Amazon and D2C sites, aiming to achieve growth targets
• Take ownership of product listings, inventory control, and out-of-stock situations
• Analyze data at the ASIN/SKU level (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to identify reasons behind product trends, effectively communicate observations, and propose troubleshooting strategies
• Work closely with development and creative to build out Looker dashboards and create and update D2C sites on Shopify
• Maintain E-commerce budgets and provide regular reports on performance, measuring progress against key performance indicator (KPI) goals
• Define, manage, and execute an ongoing digital content planning and calendar, encompassing marketing activities, promotions, new product launches, and other necessary actions to support the brand(s) online
• Support content requirements across Amazon and D2C platforms, optimizing content for superior performance.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor's Degree (ideally in marketing, communications, business, or media fields)
• 5+ years of experience in general ecommerce management
• Experience working with a D2C seller platform such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce
• Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics and Excel for advanced data analysis
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central preferred

You will work with the other Senior Ecommerce/Omnichannel Managers and be supervised by the Director of Ecommerce. You will also be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
