Position Summary: We are seeking an experiencedSenior Electrical Superintendentto lead large-scale electrical projects. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, managing foremen and field staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving project schedules to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the onsite execution of large-scale electrical projects • Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, General Contractors, and other trades • Ensure adherence to project specs, safety protocols, schedules, and budgets • Oversee quality control, inspections, and compliance with NEC and local codes • Mentor and supervise field staff; manage workforce planning and productivity • Track materials, tool usage, and onsite progress using project management systems • Collaborate on project planning, logistics, and problem-solving with leadership Qualifications: • 10+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 5+ years in a Superintendent role • Proven success managing crews and complex, high-value projects • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, codes, and safety standards • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs • OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred We also offer a full benefits package that includes: · Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from · Dental/Vision/Life · 401K Matching · Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays · Employee Referral Program · Performance Bonuses · Company Vehicle and gas card Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Relocation assistance • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday License/Certification: • Journeyman Electrician (Preferred) • OSHA 30 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Jacksonville, FL 32212 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Jacksonville, FL 32212: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
