We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, be well-versed in SAP, QlikView, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BPC, and possess excellent analytical skills. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely month-end closure, preparing monthly management information systems (MIS) reports, and conducting thorough revenue and cost analysis, preparing funds flow, cash flow statements, inventory analysis, etc.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in Finance (preferred) or CA Inter with relevant experience.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in SAP, QlikView, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BPC.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Handson knowledge on revenue recognition principles and mapping concepts (revenue and costs)
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-End Closure: Oversee and manage the month-end closing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Monthly & Quarterly MIS: Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance of the company. Preparing the Cash flow and Funds flow statements.
• Revenue and Cost Analysis: Perform detailed revenue and cost analysis to help management identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align financial planning with organizational goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather relevant data and provide financial insights.

Preferred Attributes:

• Proven ability to manage month-end closure, financial reporting, Cash Flow, etc.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed revenue and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
