Ford Business Solutions is looking for a

Senior Finance Analyst - Spain & Portugal

to join our Marketing & Sales Finance team in our Szentendre location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

• Work in an international team reporting to the Finance Supervisor and managing close relationship with the market providing Finance support.
• Perform accounting closes for Selling Expense and Fixed Marketing lines including actuals analysis and reserve calculations.
• Review and approve Purchase Orders in SAP.
• Develop and support monthly forecasts for Selling Expense and Fixed Marketing. Analyze and explain issue-to-issue variances.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Raise various billings in SAP system.
• Provide expertise and knowledge in several Finance efficiency workstreams.
• Participate in Finance related efficiency projects.
• Internal control support and coordination.
• Support and backup for other Finance Analysts working with different markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Are we looking for you? Yes, if....

• You have University / College degree and at least 3+ years post qualification experience
• You are confident in working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe, Spanish can be a plus
• You are confident in using MS Excel and handling large amount of data
• You are able to understand and analyze impacts of actions to the business in financial view
• You are self-motivated and have the ability to multitask
