Senior Finance Master Data Manager (m/f/d)

Our Tech Department is the heart of ABOUT YOU driven by the passion to develop the best infrastructure & applications. Our Dynamics Tech Team ensures the technical workflow between the Finance Team and our internal Tech Teams by handling up to one million transactions every day.

Contribute to one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies in Europe by joining us as a Senior Finance Master Data Manager (m/f/d) and be responsible for a smooth running data structure in our Finance Team.

What you will do

• Master Data Governance:
  Develop and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance and data quality standards.

• Data Management:
  Manage the creation, updates, and maintenance of master data for customers, vendors, products, and pricing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Partner with business units, Tech Teams, and data teams to address master data needs and align processes with organizational goals.

• Process Optimization:
  Improve data workflows using ERP, CRM, or MDM systems and monitor KPIs for data quality and efficiency.

• Issue Resolution:
  Resolve data discrepancies and risks promptly, ensuring minimal business disruption.

Who you are

• A degree in information systems, business informatics, business administration, or a similar educational background/work experience

• Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of database management, data modelling, and SQL.

• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is an advantage

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365 F&O) and data management tools

• Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
