Senior Finance Operation Analyst

Role: Senior Finance Operations Analyst - Center of Excellence (Pune, India)

Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for a Senior Finance Operations Analyst. The position will be part of Global Shared Services team in Pune and will support worldwide Order to cash team mainly responsible for vendor onboarding with customer.

In this role you will...

• Processes transactions or fills duties within an OTC tower accurately and timely, under the direct supervision of more senior resources
• Attends training sessions and accepts feedback from more senior resources
• The position will be responsible for ensuring correct Cornerstone entity is registered with the customer and with correct banking information.
• You will be required to coordinate with Sales team, legal, finance teams, Collection team and customer.
• Support Continuous Improvement of the functions and suggest realistic ideas for efficiency gains
• Ensure all transaction processing is completed accurately and within SLA
• Proactively escalate issues to the Team Lead/Manager that require intervention/clarification
• Keep desktop documentation up to date and relevant

• A bachelor's degree related to accounting/finance or related experience
• 4+ years of experience in Accounts receivable; Collections, Vendor management.
• Experience of using Ariba/Coupa for vendor registration.
• Proficient in MS office particularly Excel, Outlook & Word
• Proficient in English
• Strong knowledge of MS office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Must be comfortable working in a global company across multiple time zones

• Experience in BPO industry would be an added advantage
