About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis of various operational and financial objectives of the company at the direction of the Director of FP&A. Theyβll also perform financial modeling tasks to achieve departmental and/or company objectives.
A Day in the Life
β’ Coordinates with all departments to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly expense forecasts.
β’ Update and maintain LRP model including cash flow and balance sheet.
β’ Analyze financial performance to explain variances to forecast and budget.
β’ Support the annual planning process in partnership with FP&A and business partners.
β’ Complete complex business modeling and analysis to drive revenue growth, identify operating improvements and deep dive on cost structures.
β’ Collaborate with cross functional teams to assist in attaining organization-wide objectives.
β’ Conduct ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and reporting on variety of projects and initiatives using a broad range of data sources and tools, including Excel.

β’ Ability to present and communicate complex data and analysis to different audiences in a clear and concise manner.
β’ Possesses financial acumen including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
β’ Communicate complex financial analysis to all levels of the organization as well as externally.
β’ Advanced Excel functionality including formula writing and macros.
β’ Ability to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions and make recommendations that withstand critical examination.
β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills β including written and oral communication skills.
β’ Subject matter expert for Business Intelligence, financial and reporting tools.
β’ Possess a superior attention to detail as well as unwavering focus on accuracy.
β’ Ability to multitask, meet demanding deadlines.
Education and Experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field
β’ 2+ years of finance experience
β’ Oracle EPBCS/Hyperion/SmartView experience a plus
