Alteryx is looking for a stellar Senior/Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team to support revenue forecasting, reporting & analysis, and business partnerships to help drive better decision-making for the business. This role will support our top-line team by delivering actionable insights, optimizing revenue forecasting, and enhancing corporate reporting. This individual will work closely with sales leaders, partnering to understand their business needs and providing data-driven solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Forecasting and Analysis: Develop, refine, and manage revenue forecasting models to provide accurate and timely predictions for strategic decision-making.
- Corporate Reporting: Create, maintain, and improve corporate reports to ensure clarity and consistency in data presentation.
- Sales Leadership Partnering: Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to understand their challenges, deliver actionable insights, and support their business initiatives.
- Data Storytelling and Communication: Effectively translate complex data into compelling narratives that influence leadership and drive decision-making.
- Strategic Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, using analytical insights to shape strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Go-To-Market FP&A with a strong track record in revenue forecasting, corporate reporting, and business partnering
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills; the ability to summarize detailed information in a concise manner
- Motivated self-starter, with ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plans
- Works comfortably with incomplete information, large data sets, and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, willingness to dive deep and become the subject matter expert in any area of focus
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence leadership decisions effectively.
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel; working knowledge of Alteryx or SQL a plus
Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $105,000 - $120,000.
In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
