Job Description

The Senior FP&A Analyst is accountable for the financial planning and budgeting process, challenging month-end results and ensuring that financial targets are met. You will partner with other Finance members to perform variance analysis, provide month-end accurate reporting and support on the continuous improvement and development of FP&A processes.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

  • Support on Consolidation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) globally for Garrett. Ensure deadlines are strictly followed.
  • Support Consolidation of Rolling forecasts (4+8, 8+4)
  • Responsible for accurate and timely month-end reporting
  • Support of risks and opportunities, for the consolidation of data and provision of quarterly estimates for forecasts
  • Support during the month-end closing activities and helps consolidating and analysing the financial results
  • Monitors all areas of P&L which exceed targets
  • Support in Closing Deck month-end results consolidation
  • SOX support for FP&A areas (P&L, cash-flow)
  • Team up with other Garrett Finance members to drive Garrett towards financial commitment presented in AOP, SRO (short range outlook), forecasts: fixed costs, warranty, adjusted EBITDA, free cash flow, working capital metrics
  • Performs checks and other related support during the Quarterly Investor Deck preparation period
  • Support of continuous improvement and development of FPA processes through standardization and leveraging reporting tools
  • Ad-hoc requests from various stakeholders - preparation of communication & presentations to senior business leadership on a periodic basis

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting

Professional experience:

  • 5+ years financial experience with a large multinational company preferred and previous experience in financial planning and analysis

Key skills:

  • Analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and HFM ERP Tools is a plus
  • Excellent level of numeracy with high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
  • Pro-active approach and results driven
  • Teamwork and good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt &adjust to a changing environment
