Senior FP&A Analyst

Douro Labs is seeking a Senior FP&A to join our Operations team. This crucial role will drive our financial planning and analysis processes providing vital insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background with expertise in data-driven forecasting financial modeling and capital management.

You'll spearhead the implementation of forecasting tools conduct variance analysis and prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management. Your work will directly impact our capital performance and strategic financial planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement data-driven forecasting tools to provide regular insightful reports on financials.

• Provide data-driven scenario-based forecasting tracking revenue cash burn and capital inflows to support strategic decision-making.

• Conduct variance analysis on budgeted vs actuals on an ongoing basis.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports presenting insights to senior management on capital performance.

• Work closely with management AR and Business Development teams on managing capital flows.

• Perform tax due diligence and analysis on various capital deployment strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; Certificate Accountant or CFA certification is a plus.

• 5+ years of FP&A experience preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency markets capital allocation and yield strategies.

• Proficiency in financial modelling scenario planning and capital management in fast-paced environments.

• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial tools such as SAP Hyperion or similar.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial data to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
