Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

New Guards Group is currently looking for a Senior FP&A Manager that, reporting directly to the VP Finance, will act as a business partner and decision maker, providing regular financial reporting to the senior management.

Please note: this is a fixed term opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Coordinate budget and business plan preparation with budget control responsibility on all NGG brands and business units;

· Manage and coordinate reforecast process;

· Be responsible for ad-hoc analysis on financial monthly/quarterly results of NGG and the Brands to be presented to the Management and the Parent Company;

· Be the main point of contact of and manage the monthly and quarterly reporting to the Parent Company;

· Coordinate Opex management across the company;

· Partner with Accounting to ensure correct provisions and reporting to BOD and shareholders of our legal entities;

· Ensure business presentations to several stakeholders when required (management, shareholders, investor relation...).

WHO YOU ARE

· BA in Economics or similar

· At least 10 years of experience in Finance, also covering a managerial role (better if in the fashion industry)

· Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)

· Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency) and Dynamics 365

· Knowledge of statutory Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international IAS/IFRS

· Strong analytical skills, previous experience in data analytics and/or data mining (and knowledge of related software)

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure

· Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight timeframes Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced everchanging environment
