Senior Frontend Engineer

We're looking for passionate frontend engineers who want to be part of our Growth Engineering group. Over the past few years we’ve been building a highly capable and experienced engineering team. Now we're looking to hire talented engineers who can help us scale the organization further.

The Growth Engineering group at Salsify is focused on creating new products and capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and business expansion. As part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of what Salsify's platform can achieve, collaborating closely with design and product teams to bring fresh, exciting solutions to life. You’ll also get the chance to dive into various parts of the Salsify platform, gaining a deep understanding of how different systems integrate to create value for our customers. Engineers in Growth have a direct impact on the company's trajectory, building features that delight existing users and attract new customers, all while contributing to the scaling and evolution of Salsify’s technology ecosystem.

As a Software Engineer at Salsify you will be entrusted to innovate and constantly improve our products to deliver a platform and experience our customers love to use. You will solve complex business and scalability problems and help define the direction of the product as well as work across the entire Salsify technology ecosystem. Our engineers are simultaneously scaling a demanding application while simplifying complex business processes for our users and learning from top engineers along the way.

 How You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and launch new features that drive customer business value, engagement, and satisfaction, directly contributing to the growth of Salsify's platform.
• Work closely with product managers and UX designers to experiment with and implement innovative solutions that solve real customer challenges and unlock new capabilities.
• Be proud of the impact you make on the platform’s growth, learn from your peers, and give back to the Salsify community as you contribute to the success of a fast-growing company with global customers.
• Share your expertise through tech talks and engineering affinity groups, contributing to the evolution of best practices in engineering and influencing strategies across the team.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

• + 4 years of experience working as a Frontend Software Engineer in a strong engineering environment
• Experience building and debugging single page web applications powered by GraphQL or REST APIs
• Growing expertise and genuine curiosity around frontend development.
• An interest in creating delightful user experiences.
• Comfort transforming UX mockups into semantic markup and performant interfaces.
• Familiarity with test driven development and continuous integration.
• Comfort providing and receiving feedback on implementation ideas.
• Fluency in English

Bonus skills:

• Experience with Ember or React is a plus, but not required.
• Experience designing single-page applications in a B2B software company is a plus, but not required.
