Senior Full Stack + Blockchain Developer

Title:Senior Full Stack + Blockchain Developer Location:Remote/Hybrid Compensation:$100,000 annually About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead development across our web platform, bridging frontend, backend, and blockchain infrastructure. You’ll play a central role in building advanced features, scaling our systems, and shaping the evolution of our product alongside a forward-thinking leadership team. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in the MERN stack with proven experience in smart contracts and decentralized technologies. Responsibilities • Architect and develop scalable full stack applications using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js • Design and deploy clean, responsive user interfaces and high-performance backend services • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused experiences • Integrate blockchain infrastructure, including Solidity smart contracts and Ethereum-compatible chains • Write, audit, and maintain smart contracts with an emphasis on security and performance • Lead feature launches and platform iterations from planning to deployment • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced development culture • Own the full software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability and scalability at every stage Qualifications • 5+ years of professional full stack development experience (MERN stack required) • Strong knowledge of system design, API development, and data modeling • Hands-on experience writing and deploying Solidity smart contracts • Familiarity with Web3 protocols, EVMs, wallets, and blockchain integrations • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering tools • Demonstrated ability to work independently with accountability and ownership • Leadership or team mentorship experience preferred • Background in mission-driven startups or early-stage environments is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beverly Hills, CA 90212
