Senior Full-Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused)

Job Summary: Were looking for a true senior-level developer who can take ownership of complex projects end-to-end with a primary strength in modern frontend development (Vue Vuetify Vuex) backed by confident production-level Python backend skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable jumping into any layer of the stack leading architectural decisions and mentoring other developers while delivering clean maintainable and scalable code.

Core Responsibilities

• Frontend leadership: Build refine and optimize production-grade interfaces using Vue.js Vuetify and Vuex with a focus on performance and UX.

• Backend development: Write robust Python code for critical backend services and integrations.

• Code review & mentorship: Provide constructive detailed feedback on pull requests guiding junior and mid-level developers toward best practices.

• Architecture & scope definition: Lead technical planning and architectural decisions for new features and projects.

• CI/CD & DevOps: Set up and maintain pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) manage dynamic staging environments and ensure smooth deployments.

• Systems integration: Work with telephony systems (Asterisk) and ERP platforms (Odoo) where required.

• Cross-stack adaptability: Jump into adjacent technologies or languages to unblock progress and support full-stack delivery.

• AI agent design: Contribute to architecture and implementation for AI-driven initiatives (e.g. ZenCoder project).

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional development experience with significant senior-level impact in prior roles.

• Proven expertise in frontend engineering with Vue.js Vuetify Vuex (or equivalent component/state-management frameworks).

• Strong Python backend experience in production environments.

• Demonstrated architectural leadership and DevOps capability (AWS Google Cloud CI/CD pipelines staging environments).

• Track record of mentoring developers and fostering collaborative high-quality codebases.

• Experience working within existing complex systems like ERP platforms (Odoo) and custom portals.

• Strong grasp of Git workflows and version control best practices.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Availability to work local time WAT.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with Asterisk or other VoIP/telephony platforms.

• Prior ERP development experience (Odoo or similar).
