This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who wants tobuild full products that use AI, and is curious about tools like Langchain, CrewAI, and LLMs. You’ll work alongside product, design, and platform engineers to turn ideas into tools used by thousands of real estate pros.ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do • Build Full-Stack AI Features:Use frameworks like Langchain, Custom or CrewAI to build real-time AI-powered features into web apps. • Own End-to-End Development:From backend APIs to frontend UX, you’ll ship features that blend AI with core business workflows (CRM, transactions, marketing, and more). • Integrate Smart Systems:Connect LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone) into tools that help real estate agents move faster and smarter. • Scale & Deploy:Work with our DevOps team to build secure, scalable services using modern stacks (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes). • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape roadmap priorities and deliver with impact. • Grow with AI:You don’t need to be an AI expert already — just curious, capable, and motivated to learn how to use these tools to build real-world applications.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Required: • 3+ years experience building web applications (frontend + backend). • Solid programming skills inNode.js,Python, or similar. • Experience working with frontend frameworks likeReact,Next.js, or similar. • Comfortable shipping production code, writing tests, and deploying to cloud infrastructure.
