Senior Full Stack Python Engineer

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Python Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in Python and full-stack development to design, implement, and maintain our innovative software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust full-stack applications using Python and Angular
• Implement back-end components with FastAPI and WebSocket
• Perform data manipulation and analysis using Pandas/Numpy libraries
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including indexing strategies
• Develop and maintain Docker containers and Docker Compose configurations
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure code quality, organization, and automation
• Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities

Requirements

• Minimum of five years professional IT experience with a focus on software development and project coordination
• Extensive experience with Python development, including FastAPI and WebSocket
• Proficient in data analysis with Pandas/Numpy
• Experience with Angular for front-end development
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and performance optimization techniques
• Proficient in Docker / Docker Compose for containerization
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent command of spoken English for effective communication in a global team
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Background in data engineering/data science
• Familiarity with machine learning applications
