What You’ll Be Doing

1. Fullstack Wizardry

• Frontend Mastery: Craft high-performance modern React (or similar) applications that delight users and scale smoothly.

• Backend Engineering: Design APIs (REST or GraphQL) optimize database interactions (SQL/NoSQL) and build robust cloud-native services.

2. Deep System & Algorithmic Design

• Architect for Scale: Sketch out microservices data pipelines and other high-availability solutions that can grow with our user base.

• Optimize & Refine: Spot performance bottlenecks and kill them before they kill us.

3. Leadership & Collaboration

• Code Reviews & Mentorship: Uphold high standards by giving and receiving thoughtful constructive feedback.

• Cross-Functional Input: Work closely with product design and DevOps to ensure seamless rollouts and robust production systems.

• Innovation at the Core: Research emerging tech—especially blockchain protocols and AI—and propose how we can wield them.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Experiment & Iterate: Pilot new tools frameworks or processes. If it makes us better let’s do it.

• Own It End-to-End: From the first line of code to the final deploy you’re responsible for delivering secure stable and high-quality solutions.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven Experience

• Multiple Years in professional software development. You’ve tackled complex large-scale projects and thrived.

• Fullstack Expertise: From writing impeccable React components to designing backends in Node.js GO Rust or Python.

2. Technical Chops

• System Design & Architecture: You know how to build services that won’t break under pressure—microservices caching strategies database sharding you name it.

• Performance Focus: Terms like “high throughput” and “low latency” aren’t just buzzwords to you; they’re part of your daily vocabulary.

• Best Practices: You never skip tests you don’t do “quick hacks” and you treat CI/CD pipelines like your best friend.

3. Mindset & Soft Skills

• Ownership & Drive: You see problems and can’t help but fix them.

• Team Player: You communicate clearly listen actively and love a good brainstorming session.
