Join us and be part of something bigger. Job Description: We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in residential and commercial lending. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for print and digital media, supporting our sales teams and corporate initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on a growing company while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, creative environment. What you’ll do: • Design high-quality marketing collateral for print and digital use, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials. • Daily management of the company-wide asset manager for distribution of print and digital collateral to the sales teams. • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Write and edit short-form marketing copy for various channels, from social media captions and email campaigns to brochure content and web copy. • Produce engaging video content and motion graphics for social media, web, and digital campaigns, including promotional videos and visual storytelling elements. Who you are: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the financial or mortgage industry. • Exceptional proficiency in Figma, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects. • Experience in designing websites and landing pages. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with web development in Webflow. • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles. • Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus but not a requirement.
