About the role
Metamap is seeking a talented, experienced Sr. Graphic Designer (Digital Marketing) to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's visual identity across all digital channels. This professional will bring expertise to design compelling marketing assets that drives engagement, leads, and ultimately fuel our growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual communication, a keen eye for design aesthetics, and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute visually stunning and effective digital marketing collateral, including e-mail campaigns, social media graphics, landing pages, in-app messaging, display ads, and more
- Translate creative briefs and project requirements into high-quality visual designs, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team (copywriters, product marketers, product designers, web developers, etc.) to create cohesive and impactful campaigns
- Contribute to the optimization of design elements to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital marketing strategies, and technologies to ensure the company's digital communications remain competitive and effective
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing design with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional digital marketing-focused work
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Customer.io, Beamer, etc),
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and web design best practices
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics
- Deep knowledge of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect execution
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English
Nice-to-have
- Experience in the SaaS industry. Previous experience in a SaaS Tech company or similar industry is highly beneficial, demonstrating an understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in designing for tech audiences
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
