Graphic Designer
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence, a distinguished provider of intelligence and security services, is actively seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join our team, supporting a federal government client. This full-time position is based in Bethesda, MD, and requires candidates to hold a TS/SCI security clearance along with a Counterintelligence Polygraph. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and willing to work on-site.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads support to the ODNI to develop graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products
• Mentors and trains junior staff
• Utilizes request management tools such as NarQuest to provide swift, high-quality customer support for communication requests
• Coordinates with UI/UX designer for Knowledge Management, to ensure graphics products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience
• Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products
• Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online 
• Ensures products conform to all production standards, Copy-write laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances
• Conducts technical quality checks
• Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles
• Provides Cartography support, as needed, to design thematic and reference maps

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply
• Current Top Secret/SCI
• Current CI Poly 
• Masters Degree +10 years OR Bachelor's Degree +18 years.
