Senior Graphics Designer/Photography: Photography and Videography

Job Description: NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Graphics Designer/Photography to support a Federal Agency. s role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel. Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check. Key Responsibilities: • Provide and design graphics, photography, and videography services, including video production and editing with sound and voice-over integration. • Maintain an organized catalog of work and log tasks/projects in the Government ticketing system for tracking and future reference. • Set up and take down equipment for video/photo shoots and live streaming, ensuring smooth execution of technical setups including cameras, lighting, and microphones. • Utilize editing software for audio, video, and image edits, ensuring final products are delivered in digital and print formats as required by the mission. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including military and civilian managers, to develop, plan, and coordinate compelling content that aligns with organizational goals and share assets. • Conduct pre-production meetings to define objectives, advise on media techniques, and plan shot compositions, ensuring proper camera and lighting setups for optimal design. • Formulate strategies to resolve program conflicts and execute audiovisual productions, ensuring proper camera, lighting, and design elements align with project objectives. • Maintain and recommend purchases for multimedia equipment, ensuring proper execution of technical aspects, including live streaming setups and camera operation.Qualifications: Required Qualifications and Certifications: • Six (6) year of experience demonstrating the required proficiency. • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency. • Candidate must be eligible for a Background Check. • Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. May require occasional travel.
