The Role: 

You will be joining Krisp’s Growth team as a Senior Growth Designer who is responsible for identifying problems in the system & designing solutions for better conversion. 

As a Growth Designer you are also a strategic contributor with deep customer understanding and focus on business growth. 
 

What You'll Do:

• Balance business growth and customer problems
• Identify and drive growth outcomes
• Participate in rapid A/B test iterations 
• Participate in user research to gather user insights and form hypotheses
• Design A/B tests & experiments on the website, dashboard & product
• Help to define & review metrics
• Participate in goals prioritization & reflect on releases together
• Assess and optimize the effectiveness of current and new user flows
• Pitch concepts, scoping work and deliver assets on time.
• Plan and design intuitive information architecture, craft accurate messaging and undertones dictated by the project
• Create prototypes and flows to accurately communicate interaction and functionality 
• Work closely with Growth & Product Management, and Product Engineering teams
• Care deeply about the impact of your work (knowledge about metrics and how to track them, or passion for learning it)
• Create clean and functional designs, landing pages, graphic elements and responsive designs for a number of multifaceted projects across different mediums
• Create and maintain UI design patterns across different projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years or equivalent experience in UX design or similar role
• A strong design portfolio that shows relevant work, design & analytical thinking
• Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge of user psychology
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficient knowledge of Figma, FigJam, Miro
• Experience with tools like Hotjar & user research platforms is a plus
• Experience with tools like Google analytics, Tableau or other data management tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt your designs across different platforms (iOS, Android, web) and understanding of the opportunities and limitations of those platforms;
• Being customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights
• Understanding of basic marketing concepts like funnels, customer journeys, etc.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, ability to present concepts in a clear and convincing manner 
• Good time management skills
• Thirst for knowledge and ability to learn fast
• Design experience in modern SaaS industry is a plus
• BS/MS in Design, Art, Computer Science or relevant field.
